The Lack of Legal Accountability for Students
We've had teachers strangled with computer cords (they survived), punched and kicked in the stomach, lunged at by community members, items thrown at them, etc. RileyCountyPD has been at schools many times throughout every year. All sorts of #assault and #violence against school staff simultaneously putting #students at risk of injury.
Kansas #legislature it's time to wake up and do something! We're a ticking time bomb just waiting for another tragedy.
